Bonnier Corp.'s TransWorld SNOWboarding announced the promotion of Annie Fast to Editor. In addition, Nick Hamilton was promoted to Director of Photography and Video.

Fast joined TransWorld Media in 2002 and became an integral part of the team that created TransWorld SNOWboarding's special editions. Since then, Fast's position has grown to encompass every aspect of both print and online publishing. Prior to her TransWorld tenure, Fast had graduated from Montana State University and was snowboarding year-round at places like Big Sky, Montana, and Mount Hood's High Cascade Snowboard Camp in Oregon, where she coached freestyle snowboarding. Despite TransWorld SNOWboarding's intensive production schedule, Fast continues to ride 60-plus days each season. In 2007 she took top honors in the Women's Masters Division of the Mount Baker Banked Slalom.

"I'm excited to continue the tradition of success and progression at TransWorld SNOWboarding," said Fast. "I'm confident that, along with our experienced staff, we'll keep moving forward and growing, both in our print publication and with the exciting relaunch of transworldsnowboarding.com."

Hamilton joined TWS as a photo editor in 2002 after spending six years as a photo contributor. Since then, Hamilton's role has expanded to include all details of photography production for TransWorld SNOWboarding and transworldsnowboarding.com. Previously, Hamilton spent six years shooting around the world as the photo editor for the British snowboarding magazine White Lines. Hamilton's eye for great shots and his expertise in photography helped earn TransWorld two Henry R. Luce Awards: Cover of the Year in 2004 and Photography Award in 2006.
